Today, as I sat and relaxed on the couch, I perused The Oprah Magazine’s list of Favorite Things. I decided to put together a list of a few of Sizable Chic’s Favorites because after all, Fridays are for Favorite Things.
1. The Original Slap by Grace Eleyae.

These satin-lined caps help keep moisture in your hair. Please, they keep your hair tangle free while you sleep. I have several of these caps and make sure I have at least one with me when I travel.

Yes. I still love stickers especially when they celebrate the fierceness of black women and our experience. This month, I had to get this set of Kamela Harris. And last month I purchased the Mini Quote set that highlighted Issa Rae, Janelle Monae and others.
3. Joan of Arctic Wedge Booties by Sorel

I was able to score of pair of these comfortable booties from Van Maur on clearance and I was a happy camper. I live for a waterproof bootie that I can pair with jeans and dresses.
4. Personalized Gifts from Qualtry.com

I have a confession. I love anything with my name on it and I love giving personalized gifts. I have purchased a number of items from this site and each item has been beautifully made and a good quality item. I have no complaints.
5. Sutera Dream Deep Pillow

I can’t tell you how much I have spent on pillows over the years. For awhile, I would buy a new pillow from Brookstone every 6 months and it costs over $100. I’ve purchased every pillow from the informercials and nothing really worked. I finally decided to give Sutera a try and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is it the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned, it is also less than $60. It contours to my head, keeps my head in place and is so soft. Also, it doesn’t get hot like other memory foams so I am happy.
6. Mess In a Bottle T-Shirts

I am loving this t-shirt brand and Mess in a Bottle has a message for everyone. Per their site, Mess In A Bottle is “An innovative apparel company with MESSages that gives a voice to the voiceless. The MESS mission is to evoke change, and create a community of unapologetically authentic humans.”
