THE GOAL OF MY WRITING 

Over the next 30 days, I am turning up the heat and blog like crazy. My focus will be on one of my biggest passions – writing. Honestly, I love writing on multiple topics. When you take a look at my blog, you will see that it covers fashion, food, and travel primarily. But this year brought about a need to explore other topics. Diversity and inclusion is one such topic. Thus, I will be infusing my blog with more D&I posts.  And as I embark on the journey of being a writer/author, I plan to share my learnings, my process, my goals, and so much more. 

I want to share posts that are authentically me. For so long, I thought that my different sides or different passions had to be separate. I said I couldn’t post about my favorite outfit and then turn around and talk about race in America. But I was wrong! Javacia of See Jane Write taught me that it was possible to share your multi passions in one place. And I am learning it from Natalie Brite of Align & Flow. She says, “Don’t fragment. Embrace your multifaceted passions…give more of your power.” I hope to share more of my power on my blog in November and beyond. My biggest hope is that it helps ignite your passions and your power. Together, we can live a sizably chic life in all aspects of our existence.
